The health hazard is #1 The commodes on east and west wings are constantly backed up. Residents are told to put dirty toilet paper in plastic bags and not flush. All people are not fully trained. Witnessed one nurse take a wrist B/p and had cuff turned wrong. When asked what b/p was,she said 119/26 which would mean the patient was at large risk. She saw nothing wrong with the b/p. When told that could not be right (by family) she went to get a larger cuff that fit. Aides do not look for any pressure sores and nurses never look at patients skin, finger nails or feet for any signs of heart touble or breakdowns on feet or legs. Aides have only mimamil training. Many have never had professional training and never worked in a hospital or other health care places other than home aides.
