I was born in the Rio Hondo Hospital on December 5, 1964 to Martha and Harvey Hefner who gave me up for adoption. I am seeking any information on my birth parents that you can provide such as a maiden name for Martha. I believe if my information is correct I was delivered by a Dr. Bushnell that had recently relocated to your facility from Utah within the year of 1964. As I stated any information or direction you can provide in helping me locate my birth mother would be greatly appreciated.
