We are now certified for 86 beds. We accept both Medicare and Medicaid, as well as private and insurance. We currently hold a contract for managed care with the Veteran's Administration. There is only one administrator, but I don't know how you come up with these percentages, so I will leave it alone. We offer in house Therapy (Physical, Occupational, and Speech) as well as a full provision of therapies for outpatients. We have a licensed Adult Day Care on site, and the most current Health and Life Safety Survey was June, 2009. The name change is Yorktown Nursing and Rehab Center.
