Hello,
My name is Kathy (Payne) Wagner. I am in dire need of help and don't know where to go. I was born October 1, 1958 in the Fort Worth Osteopathic Hospital.
I have a photo copy of my birth certificate that has my name spelled Kathy Lynn Payne. However, when I obtained a copy of my birth certificate, my name is
spelled with a 'C' instead of a 'K' and also, the word hospital, is spelled incorrectly. I know this hospital shut down, in 2004. Is there any way possible, that someone,
somewhere, has a copy of my original birth certificate, with my name spelled correctly?? If someone can give me any kind of direction, please??
