Heartview Foundation no longer has a facility in Mandan, ND. We are located at 101 E Broadway Ave., Bismarck ND 58501. We are no longer JCAHO accredited and no longer accept Medicare. We are not considered a hospital but rather a residential substance abuse clinic. I do not believe we should be listed on Hospital-Data.com at all. I would appreciate your removal of our facility and notification that this action has been taken.
